Lucidya has launched its new Enterprise AI Agent Platform to accelerate expansion across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The move follows its record-breaking $30 million Series B funding round in 2025, the largest AI investment in the region at the time.

Lucidya is officially launching its Enterprise AI Agent Platform, appearing as a cornerstone of its 2026 growth strategy. The platform is created to assist enterprises succeed beyond AI experimentation into full-scale operational deployment, enabling autonomous customer service at scale. 

Businesses can now enjoy deployment of autonomous, AI-powered assistants at scale across customer service, support, and engagement channels with the help of the Enterprise AI Agent platform. Also enabling companies to maintain data security and regulatory monitoring while simplifying operations, which is important for companies operating in highly regulated market conditions around the region.

After receiving a $30 million Series B round in 2025 which was the largest AI investment in MENA at the time, reveals investor confidence in the company’s regional expansion. The new platform is now expected to build Lucidya’s regional expansion, especially in markets  like Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt where demand for AI-powered customer experience solutions is rapidly increasing. 

Lucidya claims that in addition to automating standard customer contacts, the platform has extensive governance and compliance tools appropriate for typical corporate environments.
