Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC Namibia) and Botswana Fibre Networks (BoFiNet) have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which is aimed at building a cross-border digital connectivity between Namibia and Botswana.
The agreement, formalized in Gaborone, establishes a framework for cooperation on fibre interconnection, IP transit, and wholesale capacity exchange.
