London fintech Quartz has raised £2.75 million in pre-seed funding to launch an AI-powered personal finance platform that brings personalized wealth guidance to everyday consumers.
The round was led by Daphni, with participation from Outward VC and K Fund, alongside fintech executives including Kantox founder Philippe Gelis and former N26 and Kraken chief product officer Gilles BianRosa.
Quartz brings pensions, ISAs, savings and investments into one platform.
Its AI assistant, Charlie, analyses users’ financial information alongside market developments to provide personalized insights and answer questions about their portfolios.
Quartz is registered with the FCA as an Account Information Service Provider.
The startup says more than £10 million in members’ assets have been tracked during testing since early 2026.
For founders, the launch signals another opening for fintech startups using AI and financial data to make wealth-management tools more accessible beyond traditional high-net-worth customers.
